Registered Nurse NICU

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to provide full-time services to our deserving Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

One year experience in the NICU in the past two (2) years is required.

The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position is $42.67 per hour for up to 40 hours per week. This is comprised of a base hourly rate of $37.74 plus $4.93 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. The above rate represents the company s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition, for eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including specified holidays, paid sick and vacation leave, and 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide management of critical care newborns.
• Provide recovery of post C-section newborns.

Services shall be provided Monday through Sunday to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts shall normally be 0700 to 1930 or 1900 to 0730. The nurse shall normally work three 12.5 hours shifts to include an uncompensated 30-minute meal break and one 8.5-hour shift to include an uncompensated 30-minute meal break within a two-week period. The rotating schedule is typically every six (6) weeks and can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The nurse can be on permanent night shift if they desire to do so.
