Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide patient care in primary care and urgent care settings. The role includes diagnosing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, performing routine procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide direct patient care in both family practice and urgent care settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures as appropriate for PA or NP scope of practice.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and weekend shifts as scheduled.

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Jacksonville, NC.
• Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday.
• Standard shifts:
  Day (8 AM - 5 PM) and Evening (10 AM - 7 PM), rotating weekly.
• 40 hours per week.
