Overview

Join our team as a RN / Program Supervisor at Easterseals PORT Health in Jacksonville, NC. This role leads quality improvement, compliance, team training, budget monitoring, and program supervision for our Facility Based Crisis Center.

• Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and monitor budget and administrative policies.
• Directly supervise nursing and support staff.
• Excel at multitasking and innovative problem‑solving.

• Valid North Carolina Registered Nursing (RN) license.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in substance use or related clinical settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for required travel.

• Competitive salary: $70,000–$76,000.
