YourRole in Our Mission
As a Registered Nurse / Program Supervisor, you will lead quality improvement and compliance efforts, train and supervise the care team, and manage the budget and administrative policies for the Facility Based Crisis Center. This leadership role requires multi‑tasking, critical thinking, and a passion for shaping positive change.
This position follows a Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. work schedule, with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Salary: $70,000–$76,000 for this full‑time exempt position
