Established home care agency is seeking a part-time RN Nurse to assist with serving private pay clients in Onslow County (Jacksonville, NC). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in care planning. We seek a professional, socially engaging team player.

• Graduate from an accredited college with a Nursing degree
• Must be a registered nurse in good standing, holding a current NC License issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
• Case management experience is a plus

• ADN required

• Provide direct clinical services within agency scope of practice, including coordination and evaluation
• Supervise professional and paraprofessional staff to ensure quality service and performance standards
• Perform patient assessments for potential home care clients
• Visit private pay home care clients
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, clients, and families
• Explain health implications to clients and families
• Conduct weekly orientation classes on personal care skills
