LPN Private Duty Nursing

Pay: $33-35/hour (based on experience, licensure, and case assignment)

When you take on a pediatric case, you become a lifeline for a child and their family, providing high-level care in the comfort of their own home. Your day-to-day will typically include:

• Providing dedicated, 1-on-1 medical care tailored to the child's specific developmental and clinical needs.
• Managing complex medical interventions, which may include G-tube feedings, tracheostomy/ventilator care, seizure management, and respiratory treatments.
• Administering scheduled medications and closely monitoring vital signs and changes in condition.
• Educating, communicating with, and empowering family members so they feel confident in their child’s ongoing care plan.
• Enjoying the unique reward of watching a child thrive and hit developmental milestones at home, away from a hospital setting.
