• Perform residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain thorough and accurate diagnostic skills.
• Ensure quality workmanship and professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, team‑oriented conduct.
• Proficient math and writing skills; maintain safety and efficiency in all tasks.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.

• Goal oriented, willingness to learn new skills.
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills; quality workmanship a must.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $ per year

As a Benjamin Franklin Plumber, you are expected to be fair, honest, respectful and informative with customers and teammates. Maintain a clean appearance. One nightly on‑call assignment during the week with rotating weekend calls. Flexible schedule for personal and family time. Prior sales training (SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar) is a plus but not required. Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
