Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance:
  Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in commercial buildings
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to map out system layouts and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct regular inspections and tests of electrical systems and components to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve electrical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of systems

  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate closely with other trades to keep jobs on schedule and within budget, fostering a cooperative work environment
• Safety Compliance:
  Maintain strict safety standards and comply with all regulations and site requirements, conducting safety audits and addressing potential hazards
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports
• Client Interaction:
  Serve as a point of contact for clients on job sites, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or questions

• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification
• Experience with commercial build-outs, renovations, and service contracts
• Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes and regulations
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and other trades
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
