• Stays organized. Multiple repair orders, vendors, deliveries, and deadlines don’t throw you off.
• Communicates. Our technicians and advisors shouldn’t have to chase you down for answers.
• Puts the team first. You understand that when one person succeeds, the entire shop wins.

You’ll take ownership of our parts operation, including:

• Accurately identifying, sourcing, and verifying automotive and light-duty diesel parts.
• Finding the best combination of quality, price, and availability.
• Managing orders, deliveries, backorders, returns, cores, and warranties.
• Keeping technicians and advisors informed without being asked.
• Maintaining accurate parts pricing, costs, and repair order documentation.
• Building strong vendor relationships and solving problems before they delay production.
