Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is on a mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities. We are looking for a dedicated full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse for our Facility Based Crisis Center in Jacksonville, NC.

This role goes beyond a job – you will influence change and shape futures as a leader in our shared mission of helping people reach their full potential.

As an LPN you will deliver essential medical care and medication management for mental health and substance abuse clients in our short‑term crisis/detox center. Core duties include patient screening, prescription management, and coordinating after‑care and referral services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team, guide Medical Assistants, and ensure meticulous medical documentation is maintained for a safe and therapeutic environment.

We are hiring for two schedules:

Rotation A:
Evening: 7 pm – 7 am (Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Competitive salary: $27‑$30/hr for this full‑time position

• An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
