Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is on a mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities. We are looking for a dedicated full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse for our Facility Based Crisis Center in Jacksonville, NC.

Your Role in Our MissionAs an LPN you will deliver essential medical care and medication management for mental health and substance abuse clients in our short‑term crisis/detox center. Core duties include patient screening, prescription management, and coordinating after‑care and referral services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team, guide Medical Assistants, and ensure meticulous medical documentation is maintained for a safe and therapeutic environment.

We are hiring for two schedules:
Rotation A:
Evening: 7 pm – 7 am (Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
We also offer a full benefits package for benefit‑eligible positions.
- Competitive salary: $27‑$30/hr for this full‑time position
