Responsibilities:- Practices an expanded preoperative nursing role with the necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment to assist surgeons through organized instruction and supervised practice.
- Interprets diagnostic studies, educates patients on health behaviors, and provides counseling to promote positive health outcomes.
- Assesses, plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates patient care activities.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- RN License in the state of employment or a compact license
