The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging store signage and assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and providing excellent customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
• Providing coverage during peak times or special events.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas may be hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete training and handle birds/poultry safely.
