We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate NP (Nurse Practitioner) specializing in Family Medicine. As an NP in Family Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing primary care services to patients of all ages, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. This position is vital to our client's healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and personalized care to improve their overall well-being.

You will be involved in a variety of projects focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services in a primary care setting, making a significant impact on the community's health.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Educate patients on managing their health conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Specialization in Family Medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Knowledge of primary care principles and practices

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Call Rotation: 1:5 beeper call
• Patient Census:
  Up to 18 per day
• Team Structure: 1 MD, 2 APPs currently
• Preferred Experience:
  
  5+ years
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
