US Tax Reviewer

Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and qualified US Tax Reviewer with 3-5 years of experience in
reviewing complex US tax returns. The candidate must be a qualified CPA, EA, or CA, with strong
technical expertise in Form 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 1041 returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review US federal and state tax returns prepared by junior team members for individuals,
S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
- Ensure all returns comply with IRS and state tax regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure clients benefit from applicable deductions and credits.
- Supervise, guide, and provide feedback to preparers to improve quality and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US tax laws, compliance requirements, and software updates.
- Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with US-based CPA firms and clients as required.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in US tax return preparation and review.
- Must be a qualified CPA, EA, or CA.
- Strong working knowledge of 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 1041 tax forms.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small team.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software such as Drake (must), Lacerte or Ultra Tax along with Tax Dome.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
