Accounts Assistant (E-commerce & Amazon Operations)

Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 (In-hand)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with experience in e-commerce accounting, preferably handling Amazon Seller Central operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and purchase entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Process Amazon settlements, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare GST working (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and maintain records in Tally ERP.
- Generate E-Way Bills and manage stock journals.
- Prepare daily financial summaries and MIS reports.
- Maintain invoices, receipts, and accounting documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central settlements and e-commerce accounting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
