Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented  Finance Executive  to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and advanced Excel functions, with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting closures.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Handle  GST  calculations, return filing support, reconciliations, and compliance.
Process  TDS  deductions, reconciliations, and ensure statutory compliance.
Generate invoices, verify purchase bills, and maintain accounting documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Hands-on experience with  GST  and  TDS .
Excellent proficiency in  Microsoft Excel , including:
VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF Functions
Data Validation
Basic Financial Reporting

Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar ERP systems.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
M.Com or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
1–3 years  of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
