Role Description  The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and overseeing key accounting and financial operations. Day-to-day work includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate recording of all transactions. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitoring cash flow and cost controls.

The Senior Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies, and will support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning in a manufacturing or technology environment.
Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar), along with solid Excel and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of local and international tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, preferably within manufacturing, export/import, or technology-driven industries.
