Executive Assistant (EA) to Director Reporting To: Director

Role Overview The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage the Director's calendar , meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs
Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely closures
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment on priorities
Support the Director in strategic initiatives, projects, and reviews
Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and key business reviews
Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations
Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation on behalf of the Director
Skills & Competencies Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
Experience working with CXO / Director-level stakeholders preferred
