We are looking for a talented and visionary Fashion Designer to join our innovative team  a Fashion Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing cutting-edge clothing collections that embody our brand ethos and captivate our diverse audience. From sketch to runway, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fashion at Jisora.

Responsibilities

Design Conceptualization:
Develop creative concepts and themes for seasonal collections, drawing inspiration from cultural influences, trends, and brand identity.
Sketching and Prototyping:
Create detailed sketches and technical drawings of clothing designs, bringing concepts to life and ensuring accuracy in construction.
Fabric Selection and Draping:
Select appropriate fabrics and materials for each design, considering factors such as texture, drape, and sustainability.
Pattern Making:
Develop patterns for garments, overseeing the construction process to achieve desired fit and silhouette.
Color Coordination:
Curate cohesive color palettes that complement design themes and resonate with target demographics, ensuring harmony and visual impact.
Sample Development:
Oversee the creation of garment samples, collaborating with pattern makers, seamstresses, and textile designers to achieve desired results.
Fit Sessions:
Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to prototypes, ensuring garments meet quality and fit standards.
Trend Research:
Stay abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and consumer preferences in the fashion industry, incorporating relevant insights into design concepts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including textile designers, merchandisers, and marketing specialists, to bring collections to market successfully.
Presentation:
Prepare cohesive presentations showcasing design concepts, mood boards, and sketches, effectively communicating vision and inspiration to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creative flair.
Proficiency in sketching, pattern making, and garment construction techniques.
Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and sourcing practices, with a focus on sustainability.
Strong understanding of color theory, silhouette, and proportion.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
