Role Description  This full-time, on-site Cardiologist role is based at Apex Hospitals in Sri Ganganagar Tehsil. The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiac care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests (such as ECG, echocardiography, stress tests, and relevant imaging), and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves performing and overseeing cardiac procedures as per credentials, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical case discussions, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and national guidelines.

The Cardiologist will also contribute to patient education, preventive cardiology initiatives, accurate medical documentation, and quality improvement activities within the department.
Qualifications
Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Cardiology, with the ability to manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Competence in Interventional Cardiology and Vascular procedures appropriate to training and credentials.
Familiarity with Nuclear Medicine applications in cardiology, including cardiac imaging and stress testing.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (MD/DM/DNB or equivalent), with valid medical registration.
Proven experience in hospital-based cardiology practice; prior work in a tertiary or super-speciality setting is an advantage.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage emergencies, and participate in rotational duties as required.
Interest in continuous professional development, adherence to evidence-based guidelines, and participation in audits or clinical research is beneficial.
