Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Jaipur. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, explaining available courses and services, and addressing their queries. The role requires regular interaction with students, parents, and stakeholders to facilitate admissions, provide excellent customer service, and help candidates choose the best options for their Civil Services preparation.

The Admission Counselor will also support administrative tasks related to enrollment procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address and resolve queries efficiently
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and connect with potential students
- Understanding of education systems and familiarity with Civil Services exam preparation is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate compassion and patience towards students
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; prior experience in counseling or admissions is advantageous
