About the Role

Rysen – The International School is looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our K–12 school operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for academic excellence, student welfare, staff management, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the school while upholding high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide strong academic leadership by implementing curriculum plans and improving teaching effectiveness

✅ Monitor student progress and promote overall student achievement

✅ Manage student discipline, welfare, safety protocols, and support initiatives

✅ Lead and mentor teaching staff; support recruitment and onboarding

✅ Oversee school administration, schedules, resources, and events

✅ Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders

✅ Act as the school’s representative in meetings and community engagements

Experience & Qualification

Education:

B.Ed + Master’s Degree (Education / Administration or relevant field)

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head)
