About the Role
The trainer will assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate interactive sessions aligned with college goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom/virtual workshops on soft skills, including:
- Communication skills
- Business etiquette
- Team building & collaboration
- Presentation skills
- Time management & workplace productivity
- Facilitate role plays, case studies, simulations, and activity-based learning.
- Maintain and upgrade training material regularly.
Qualifications
- PG/PhD
- Strong expertise in corporate soft skills training.
Required Skills
- Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset
- Good instructional design and adult learning knowledge
