Job Title:

Senior Program Advisor

Job Summary
* The Senior Program Advisor is responsible for counseling prospective learners, understanding their

career goals, and recommending suitable programs. The role involves managing high-quality leads,

supporting junior advisors, resolving complex learner queries, and achieving enrollment targets while

ensuring a positive and engaging learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Counsel learners and recommend appropriate programs

 Handle and convert high-quality leads

 Support and guide junior Program Advisors

 Resolve learner queries and concerns

 Achieve enrollment and revenue targets

 Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel

 Ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding

Requirements

 2–5 years of experience in education sales or counseling

 Strong communication and counseling skills

 Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA/MBA preferred)

 Comfortable with targets and follow-ups

 Working knowledge of CRM and MS Excel

 Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills

 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

 Experience in education counseling

 Leadership and mentoring ability

 Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
