About the Role We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Program Associate – K–12 Academic Excellence who is passionate about strengthening classroom practices and improving teaching–learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong academic foundation, experience in school teaching, and hands-on exposure to teacher training, content design, and academic program implementation . This role involves close collaboration with teachers and school leadership, regular school visits, and on-ground academic support.
If you enjoy working directly with educators, designing practical learning solutions, and are open to field-based work, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Teacher Training & Capacity Building
Facilitate teacher training workshops (online & offline) on pedagogy, classroom management, assessment, and subject practices
Design and deliver teacher professional development programs
Conduct demonstration classes and model lessons
Provide classroom coaching and structured feedback to teachers
2️⃣ Program Implementation & School Support
Support implementation of academic programs across partner schools
Conduct classroom observations and share actionable feedback
Track progress and maintain implementation reports
Coordinate with school leaders for smooth execution
3️⃣ Field Engagement & Travel
Travel regularly to partner schools across Rajasthan and nearby regions
Build strong relationships with teachers and school leadership
Identify ground-level challenges and provide practical academic solutions
4️⃣ Coordination & Reporting
Maintain training records, visit reports, and action plans
Support program reviews and data collection
Collaborate with the Program Lead on planning and improvements
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (
B.Ed. preferred )
2–4 years of experience in K–12 education
Prior experience as a school teacher (preferred)
Experience in:
Designing training content or academic resources
Conducting teacher workshops or mentoring
Key Competencies Strong understanding of classroom pedagogy & child-centered practices
Training facilitation and presentation skills
Instructional design and content development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Planning, documentation, and time management
