About the Role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Program Associate – K–12 Academic Excellence who is passionate about strengthening classroom practices and improving teaching–learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong academic foundation, experience in school teaching, and hands-on exposure to teacher training, content design, and academic program implementation. This role involves close collaboration with teachers and school leadership, regular school visits, and on-ground academic support.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Teacher Training & Capacity Building

- Facilitate teacher training workshops (online & offline) on pedagogy, classroom management, assessment, and subject practices
- Design and deliver teacher professional development programs
- Conduct demonstration classes and model lessons
- Provide classroom coaching and structured feedback to teachers

2️⃣ Program Implementation & School Support

- Support implementation of academic programs across partner schools
- Conduct classroom observations and share actionable feedback
- Track progress and maintain implementation reports
- Coordinate with school leaders for smooth execution

3️⃣ Field Engagement & Travel

- Travel regularly to partner schools across Rajasthan and nearby regions
- Build strong relationships with teachers and school leadership
- Identify ground-level challenges and provide practical academic solutions

4️⃣ Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain training records, visit reports, and action plans
- Support program reviews and data collection
- Collaborate with the Program Lead on planning and improvements

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in K–12 education
- Prior experience as a school teacher (preferred)
- Experience in:
- Designing training content or academic resources
- Conducting teacher workshops or mentoring
