Role & Responsibilities

• Teach Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Civil Engineering as prescribed by the University

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and project guidance

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the approved curriculum and academic framework

• Guide M.Tech and Ph.D. scholars in research activities

• Conduct and publish quality research in reputed peer-reviewed journals as per UGC norms

• Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and academic planning

• Contribute to academic administration, examinations, accreditation, and institutional responsibilities

• Support industry interaction, consultancy, workshops, and university initiatives

Eligibility & Qualifications (As per UGC Norms)

Essential Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

Experience

• 8–10 years of teaching and/or research/industry experience

• Demonstrated research publications and academic contributions as per UGC regulations

• Experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs is preferred
