Job Summary
The Assistant Professor in Physics will be responsible for teaching foundational and applied physics courses for

B.Tech programs, conducting laboratory sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to research and academic development activities aligned with AICTE/RTU norms.

ey Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
Teach Engineering Physics to

B.Tech students (all branches).
Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and assessment tools aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
2. Research & Development
Engage in research activities in Physics or interdisciplinary domains.
Publish research papers in reputed journals.
Apply for research grants and funded projects.
3. Institutional & Departmental Responsibilities
Serve on academic and administrative committees.
Assist in organizing seminars, guest lectures, and technical events.
Contribute to student clubs and innovation cells
Qualifications
Essential
Ph.D. in Physics (Preferred)
OR
M.Sc. in Physics with NET/SET (as per AICTE/UGC norms)
Desirable
Teaching experience in Engineering Physics.
Research publications in indexed journals.
Skills
Excellent subject knowledge in core Physics.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
