Poornima University, a leading center of academic excellence in Rajasthan, invites passionate and creative professionals to join our Faculty of Design & Arts as a Faculty Member in Game Design, Animation & VFX department. We're looking for innovative educators who are excited to shape the next generation of game developers, designers, and storytellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver undergraduate/graduate-level courses in Game Design, Game Art, Game Development, and Interactive Media.
Create a learning environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Guide students through hands-on design projects, game prototypes, and real-world simulations.
Mentor students for industry internships, game jams, and career portfolio development.
Contribute to curriculum development, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Engage in research, publication, and collaboration with industry partners or academic networks.
Organize workshops, guest lectures, and interactive sessions with game industry professionals.

Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Game Design, Game Development, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related discipline.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:
Game Engines:
Unity, Unreal Engine
2D/3D Software:
Blender, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite
Scripting

Languages:

C#, JavaScript, Python (as applicable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to inspire, lead, and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
