Role Description

Bodhira Beyond School is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher for a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. This role involves designing and implementing creative lesson plans, delivering engaging classroom sessions rooted in modern teaching methodologies, and fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for providing individualized attention to each child's needs, collaborating with colleagues to develop a dynamic curriculum, and building strong communication channels with parents and the school community.

Qualifications

Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten methodologies
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Passion for fostering creativity, confidence, and holistic development in young learners
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with innovative learning approaches like Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent is an advantage
Certification or training in child psychology or social-emotional learning methodologies is a plus
