We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end Google Ads operations, budget management, and team coordination, with a strong focus on achieving ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube, Performance Max, and Remarketing channels to drive revenue growth and performance.
Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+ efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign profitability.
Develop, restructure, and scale campaign architectures for improved performance, audience targeting, and conversion efficiency.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, negative keyword optimisation, and continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue, and prepare actionable performance reports with optimisation insights.
Lead and coordinate festive campaigns, seasonal sales promotions, and remarketing initiatives to maximise conversions and customer acquisition.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and provide data-backed recommendations for campaign improvement.
Mentor and manage a small team of marketing executives or interns by assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and ensuring timely campaign execution.
