Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Jaipur. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs and courses, and assisting with application procedures. The role includes conducting interviews, offering customer service, and participating in sales activities to engage potential students. The counselor will also be involved in maintaining records and reporting on admissions metrics.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience in the Education sector
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
Previous experience in admissions counseling is a plus
