If you're someone who loves working with data, enjoys figuring out how tools connect with each other, and gets excited when a campaign starts hitting good reply rates, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Research and define ICPs for different client campaigns, understanding what signals indicate a good fit.
Identify which outreach channel works best for a given ICP, whether it's email, Linked In, or a combination of both.
Source prospect data using tools like Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other AI-based data platforms.
Clean, filter, and enrich lead lists so that only relevant, verified contacts go into campaigns.
Verify email addresses and contact data using tools like Debounce, or similar
Build and set up outbound sequences on Smartlead and Hey Reach, including copy, steps, and sending logic.
Look for intent signals and buying triggers that can improve targeting and personalization.
Build basic automations to connect tools and reduce manual work in the outbound workflow.
Track campaign performance, open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
Prepare simple reports for internal teams and clients that clearly show what's working and what isn't.
Stay updated on what's changing in outbound, new tools, new deliverability practices, and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in email marketing or outbound. Freshers with strong relevant skills or projects can also apply
Strong aptitude and genuine curiosity about how outbound and B2B marketing works.
Some hands-on experience in a related area like email marketing, data research, digital marketing, or marketing automation.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large data sets.
Good written English, since you'll be reviewing and sometimes contributing to outreach copy.
Someone who can figure things out independently without waiting to be told every step.
Good to Have
Prior exposure to tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Hey Reach, Sales Navigator, or any CRM
Understanding of email deliverability basics like domain warmup, spam triggers, and sending limits
Familiarity with B2B concepts like ICP, TAM, or lead qualification
