The Opportunity
Strategic & Institutional Leadership: Play a pivotal role in shaping the school's foundational DNA, designing operational frameworks, and building a high-performance academic culture from the ground up.
Dual Executive-Educator Impact: Combine visionary campus leadership with hands-on classroom execution, modeling teaching excellence and directly shaping the early learning experience.
Integrated Frameworks: Oversee and lead the delivery of a sophisticated curriculum inspired by UK EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, High Scope, and Finnish standards.

Professional Requirements
Educational Leadership
Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership, vice-principal, or senior pedagogical role within global early years frameworks is highly desirable, alongside strong classroom experience.
