Our Multi-Disciplinary Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into various aspects of the fashion industry and business operations. Whether you are passionate about design, marketing, operations, technology, or any other field, we welcome you to apply and explore your interests in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duration:  Flexible duration ranging from 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.

Key Areas Of Focus

Fashion Design:
Assist our design team in conceptualizing, sketching, and developing new clothing collections, gaining exposure to the entire design process from ideation to production.
Marketing and Branding:
Support our marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and brand communication initiatives.
Operations and Logistics:
Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, inventory control, production planning, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
E-commerce and Digital Marketing:
Assist our e-commerce team in website management, online merchandising, digital advertising, and data analysis to drive online sales and customer engagement.
Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with our creative team to create visually compelling graphics, branding materials, and retail displays that enhance the Jisora brand identity and customer experience.
Business Development and Strategy:
Work closely with our management team to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy formulation to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
Technology and

Innovation: Explore opportunities for technological innovation and digital transformation within the fashion industry, assisting in the implementation of new technologies and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.
Strong passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative and ownership of projects.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies related to your field of interest is a plus.
