Minimum Qualification & Experience
Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Production & Operations Management, Operations Management, MBA (Operations), Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with a Ph.D.
in the relevant discipline will be preferred.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized university, college, or management institute is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in teaching Production & Operations Management and related subjects to BBA and MBA students.
Desired Competencies
Strong subject knowledge in production and operations management.
Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
Ability to integrate operational concepts with practical business applications and case studies.
Passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence.
Familiarity with ERP systems, operations analytics, or quality management tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to mentor students and contribute effectively to academic initiatives.
Age & Profile Preference
Candidates with prior teaching experience in higher education institutions will be preferred.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
A strong academic profile with research publications, conference presentations, or participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) will be an added advantage.
