Position Overview

The NIMS School of Business, NIMS University Rajasthan, Jaipur invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Business Communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Communication to undergraduate and postgraduate students while developing their professional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and workplace communication skills.

The role includes classroom teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, assessment, and conducting practical communication-based learning activities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree in English, Business Communication, Communication
Studies, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from a recognized
university.

A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a university or college is preferred. Candidates
should have experience teaching Business Communication courses to undergraduate and
postgraduate students. Industry or corporate communication experience will be considered an
added advantage.

Profile Preference

Preference will be given to candidates with prior university teaching experience.
Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and academic orientation are highly
desirable.
