Role Description
We are seeking a full-time DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) with Java Trainer to join our on-site team in Jaipur. As a DSA with Java Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions, helping students master core data structures and algorithm concepts. You will mentor and guide learners, assess their progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve career readiness.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the curriculum team to update and improve training materials based on industry trends.
Qualification
Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, with a strong understanding of foundational programming concepts.
Experience with programming languages like Java to teach coding efficiently.
Ability to create and deliver structured training programs and content tailored to different skill levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively mentor and support students.
Previous teaching or training experience in the field of computer science or IT is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Experience with competitive programming platforms and a passion for empowering learners to succeed in their careers is a plus.
