Role Description  The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Chahal Academy Jaipur. The counselor will guide prospective learners and families through course offerings, admission procedures, fee structures, and batch schedules, ensuring clear and accurate information. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, responding to digital leads, conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining follow-up communication to support decision-making.

The role also involves coordinating with faculty and administrative staff, maintaining admission records and reports, and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars, events, and school/college visits. The Admission Counselor is expected to represent the academy professionally, support enrollment targets, and ensure a positive experience for all learners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel learners effectively and build trust with families.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments ethically, explain value propositions, and meet admission targets.
Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, ideally in coaching, counseling, or academic administration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or lead management tools, and online communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in education, psychology, or management is an advantage.
Prior experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, or EdTech/coaching institutes is preferred but not mandatory.
