Rotational Shifts

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift- 06:00AM to 02.30 PM

Noon Shift- 01:45 PM to 10:30 PM

Night Shift- 09:45 PM to 06:30 AM

Selected candidates enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with shift rotations every 2 months, ensuring that 66.67% of their shifts will be during daylight hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional live voice support and chat support in English, in inbound and outbound settings. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining a professional tone, updating customer records, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role may involve sales, support, or technical assistance. Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure are essential for success in a voice process role.

Qualification:

Graduate preferred (12th pass candidates may also apply, provided they are not pursuing further studies).
