Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapy Specialist to join our team at Mango Town in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing speech therapy, especially to children with special needs. This role involves helping children with Speech Delay, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy through effective speech therapy and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech therapy services to children with special needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Monitor and document the progress of each child and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Educate and support parents and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (BASLP) or Master’s (MASLP) degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, specifically working with children with special needs.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in children's lives.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience in providing speech therapy to children with Speech Delay, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.
Ability to create engaging and effective therapy plans.
Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
