HR Operations & Compliance Executive - Jaipur

Role Summary
We are looking for a vigilant and proactive “ HR Operations & Compliance Executive ” to strengthen HR governance and operational controls. The role will be responsible for supporting recruitment, managing compliance processes, conducting random checks, coordinating with external stakeholders, and safeguarding company assets to minimize operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements.

● Coordinate and maintain records related to POSH compliance.

● Liaise with local police authorities for employee, vendor related complaints and other compliance matters.

● Conduct random audits and event checks to identify and prevent operational irregularities.

● Track, allocate, and recover IT assets in coordination with the IT team.

● Maintain employee records, documentation, and compliance trackers.

● Identify and escalate potential fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.

● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to strengthen HR processes and controls.

● Support disciplinary actions and internal investigations, wherever required.

● Travel across operational locations as needed every month to conduct audits and compliance checks.

● Support recruitment activities for business functions across locations.

Requirements

● Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Compliance roles.

● Willingness to work 6 days a week.

● Good understanding of HR documentation and compliance practices.

● Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and vigilance.

● Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Comfortable with field visits and operational audits.

● Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in employee verification and compliance management.

● Exposure to POSH processes and documentation.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
