Google Ads​/PPC Executive; Paid Search

Position: Google Ads / PPC Executive (Paid Search)
Blupord is looking for a results-driven Google Ads / PPC Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients across different industries and geographies. If you understand performance marketing, numbers, and ROAS, not just clicks: this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Write and test high-converting ad copies and extensions
- Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance metrics
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action points
- Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for better campaign performance
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes

Required

Skills & Experience:

- 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of Search Ads, Quality Score, bidding strategies, and funnels

- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Good English communication (written & verbal)

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

- Experience with international clients (UAE, UK, US, EU)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Basic understanding of landing page CRO
- Google Ads Certification
