Project Manager (Software / Product Delivery)

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for software projects and wellness technology products. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver MERN-based web and mobile solutions.
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and sprint plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and SOWs.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate closely with leadership for roadmap alignment and delivery excellence.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of project management experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of MERN stack architecture (Mongo
DB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Proficiency with Agile / Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams.
- Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Good-to-Have
- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
- Experience in Health Tech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with microservices and API-driven architectures.
