Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery Leader (Core Banking Operations)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing operations for one of our Capital market and Banking clients. You will alias with service lines and delivery to ensure proper solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the operational strategy.

This role requires a leader with deep domain expertise, agile thought process, people centric attitude and solution-oriented mind set. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for managing delivery and driving growth for the account.

Responsibilities

- Leading the Retail Banking portfolio in a Managed Services environment.
- Define & drive strategic roadmap.
- Operate the Business as per Operating Plans – Revenue & Margin
- Client Management:
Ability to host clients and drive Mining growth
- Establish key relationship with key client stakeholders, Genpact stakeholders
- Work closely with business units/verticals to evangelize scalable solutions & strengthen the value proposition
- Leading the Account’s Jaipur site and managing the daily operations
- Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects
- Ability to drive system transformation projects with leveraging tools such as AI/ ML, VSM, etc.
- Leading with people centric approach
- Hands-on working on RFP whenever required.
- Collaborate with sales team and other service lines.
- Should be able to manage the financials of the P&L assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- Relevant years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of leading market applications like Gen AI, automation tools etc.
- Should be an expert in any of the project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall
- Strong on written & oral communication skills

- Experienced management of team/sub team members.
