Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Executive (2–3 years experience) to support and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and identifying scalable growth opportunities through technical optimization, content strategy, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. You will collaborate closely with content, development, and marketing teams to enhance search performance and maximize digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and content analysis to identify high-impact search opportunities.
Optimize website pages including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and structured data.
Develop and implement structured internal linking strategies (topic clusters, content silos).
Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as Semrush.
Perform competitor analysis and content gap analysis to identify new ranking opportunities.
Support off-page SEO initiatives including link building, outreach, digital PR, and brand mentions.
Optimize content in an SMO-friendly manner to improve visibility across search and social platforms.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and emerging SEO best practices.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Proven experience with keyword research and search intent mapping.
Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush (or similar SEO tools).
Basic understanding of HTML, schema markup, and website architecture.
Experience in competitor research and content gap analysis.
Understanding of AI tools for SEO research and content optimization is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
