Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven  SEO Specialist  to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO practices, analytics tools, and content strategy — helping Asle Pharmaceuticals improve its global digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Monitor and analyze website performance using  Google Analytics ,  Google Search Console , and other SEO tools.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and product pages for search engines.
Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed improvements.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum  3–5 years  of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the  pharmaceutical, healthcare, and e-commerce  sector.
Proficiency with  SEO tools  such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
Strong understanding of  on-page, off-page, and technical SEO .
Basic knowledge of  HTML/CSS  and website CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, etc.).

Experience with  content marketing , keyword planning, and competitor analysis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Familiar with  AI  tools
