We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management. The role involves close collaboration with business users and technical teams to deliver effective, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications for development teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, walkthroughs, and review meetings.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging to ensure solution quality.
Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, and development teams.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution walkthroughs, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
Demonstrate a self-starter mindset by taking ownership and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Manage multiple priorities effectively through strong organizational and time-management skills.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, dependencies, and optimal solutions.
Bring a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving with a clear business vision.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution walkthroughs, effort estimation, and proposal documentation.
Exposure to client-facing presentations and workshops.
