Position: Hiring: Performance Media Buyer (SaaS & Fintech Focus)
Throttll   is moving beyond the standard B2B playbook. While everyone else is stuck on Linked In, we are scaling high-intent lead generation through   Google Search, Meta, and Display   for some of the most complex industries on the planet:
Cybersecurity, BFSI, and Healthcare SaaS.
We aren't looking for a "manager" to push buttons; we’re looking for a Media Buying Architect.
You understand that B2B decision-makers are people too—and you know exactly how to find them on Meta and Google when they aren't even looking for a solution yet.

The Mission      Full-Funnel Ownership:
Architect and execute end-to-end performance campaigns primarily on   Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display)  and   Meta Business Suite   .
The "Anti-Linked In" Strategy:
Use sophisticated targeting to capture high-level executives in the Finance and Tech space where competitors aren't looking.
Deep-Tech Tracking:
Own the data. You’ll ensure GTM, GA4, and Meta CAPI are firing perfectly to track the journey from "First Click" to "Closed-Won."
Creative Strategy:
Partner with our design team to build high-converting "Direct Response" assets that actually resonate with C-suite professionals.
Aggressive Optimization:
Relentless A/B testing of copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower CAC while maintaining lead quality.

What You Bring to the Table     3+ Years of Battle-Tested

Experience:

Specifically within   B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Web Security.
You speak the language of MRR, LTV, and SQLs.
Platform Mastery:
You can navigate Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite in your sleep.
Analytical Rigor:
You don't just "report" data; you interpret it via GA4 and Looker Studio to make aggressive, high-stakes budget shifts.
Technical Edge:
You’re comfortable troubleshooting pixels, conversion events, and server-side tracking.
Copywriting Instinct:
You can write sharp, persuasive ad copy that compels a busy CSO or CFO to click.
