THE ROLE
Angara is a fine jewelry brand with a rich heritage in diamonds, gemstones and jewelry-making, selling directly to customers across the US and global markets. We're looking for a sharp, content-first social media professional who lives and breathes organic growth — someone who doesn't just manage channels but actively builds them. Your primary mandate will be You Tube, with Pinterest and Tik Tok as a secondary focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You Tube (Primary)
Plan and execute the You Tube content calendar end-to-end — from ideation and briefing to scheduling and managing via You Tube Studio
Drive measurable growth in subscribers, views, and engagement through data- and algorithm-led content decisions
Monitor channel performance in You Tube Studio; identify trends, surface insights, and help with content strategy accordingly
Conduct keyword research and contribute to writing optimized video titles and descriptions for every upload
Plan and run You Tube ad campaigns to amplify organic reach and accelerate subscriber growth, when needed
Consistently conduct platform, creative, and competitor research and source brand-aligned references
Pinterest & Tik Tok
Manage and grow Angara's Pinterest presence — aligning the calendar, coordinating with the creative team, scheduling pins, building boards, tracking analytics, and running paid promotions (boosting posts)
Execute Tik Tok posting, scheduling, and basic performance tracking
Cross-functional & Strategy
Collaborate with the design team to brief and review creatives and short-form video assets
Contribute to the monthly content calendar by flagging search and social media trend opportunities and aligning video topics with high-intent keyword clusters in collaboration with the content strategy team
Use AI tools (Claude, vidIQ, Gemini or equivalent) to accelerate research, scripting, and reporting workflows
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in social media with a strong focus on You Tube organic growth (bonus: targeting the US market)
Proven track record of growing a You Tube channel — subscriber count, views, and engagement metrics (please be ready to share examples)
Hands-on experience with You Tube Studio: upload management, analytics, A/B testing, community tab
Solid understanding of You Tube SEO — keyword research tools (vidIQ, Tube Buddy, Google Trends), title optimization, metadata — and You Tube audience behavior
Experience setting up and managing You Tube ad campaigns to support organic goals
Experience managing and growing a Pinterest business account, including Idea Pins and boosting
Strong writing skills — able to produce video scripts, UGC briefs, titles, and descriptions independently
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, video editing, and content teams
Proficient with AI tools for content research, scripting, and workflow efficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle categories
Strong experience and understanding of how organic social content supports business goals
Exposure to video and image creation workflows — briefing designers/editors, reviewing content, coordinating deliverables
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
